All Things AI 2027

Event

When and where is All Things AI 2027?
Sunday 18 through Tuesday 20 April 2027 at the Atlantic Union Bank Convention Center in Raleigh, NC, followed by the Executive Summit on Wednesday 21 April at a private conference center near the heart of RTP. Sunday is sponsor move-in and the Agent Hackathon, Monday is Workshop Day, and Tuesday is Conference Day with ten tracks.

Tickets

How do I attend the Executive Summit?
The Executive Summit is a separate, screened working session on Wednesday, April 21, 2027 for 200 executives at a private conference center near RTP. It is distinct from Monday's invited Executive Reception and dinner for speakers, sponsors and VIPs, which runs from 6:30–8:30 PM. Admission details and the summit program will be announced closer to the conference.
Do ticket prices go up?
Yes. General admission sells in tiers starting at $149, and each tier unlocks only when the one before it sells out. The price you see is the lowest price still available.
Can I combine a group rate with a discount code?
No. Only one discount applies per order. Group rates, speaker codes and promotional codes do not stack.
Are workshops and Countdown Talks included with a conference ticket?
Monday Countdown Talks run from 1–5 PM and are open to anyone with a conference pass. Training workshop admission depends on the workshop and ticket selected; check the published ticket description when registration opens. On Tuesday, Liftoff Workshops are planned for room 305 AB and the AI Demo Theater for room 306 A. They are separate parts of the program; consult the published schedule and your ticket description for attendance details.

Program

Are sessions recorded?
Conference sessions are recorded, and videos, slides and materials are published afterwards so attendees can revisit them. The Executive Summit on Wednesday 21 April is not: it runs under the Chatham House Rule, unrecorded and closed to press, so that the discussion can be candid.
What happens on each day?
Sunday, April 18: sponsor move-in on levels 3 and 4, and the Agent Hackathon for 150 selected builders. Monday, April 19: training workshops in seven rooms through lunch; 18 Countdown Talks of 25 minutes from 1–5 PM; a fireside chat from 5–6 PM; and the Executive Reception and dinner for invited speakers, sponsors and VIPs from 6:30–8:30 PM. Tuesday, April 20: opening keynotes, ten tracks and 80+ sessions, four one-hour Liftoff Workshops in room 305 AB, ten half-hour AI Demo Theater presentations in room 306 A, and a closing social with hackathon winner demonstrations. Wednesday, April 21: the separate Executive Summit near RTP. This is the current planned program; small changes may be needed based on venue limitations during setup.
What are the ten tracks?
Tuesday's program has ten tracks: AI Users (Ballroom B), AI in the Enterprise (Ballroom A), AI Builders (Ballroom C), AI Engineers (306 BC), AI Executives (302 C), Governance, Security & Compliance (303), Sovereign AI & Open Source (302 AB), AI for Small Business (304), AI & the Workforce (301 B), and AI Demo Theater (306 A). Standard track talks are 25 minutes on a 30-minute grid. Liftoff Workshops are a separate program in room 305 AB. These are the current planned rooms; small changes may be needed during venue setup.
What is the Executive Summit?
A separate, screened working session on Wednesday 21 April 2027 for 200 executives deploying AI in their organizations: C-level leaders, SVPs and functional owners with direct P&L or budget responsibility at companies operating at scale. It is held at a private conference center near the heart of RTP under the Chatham House Rule, and co-hosted by Aaron Fulkerson, CEO of Opaque and former GM of ServiceNow Impact. Past executive speakers include James Kaplan (McKinsey), Adam Sullivan (Labcorp), Igor Jablokov (Pryon), Chris Heivly (MapQuest) and whurley (Strangeworks). Program details will be available closer to the conference.
What is the Agent Hackathon?
A Sunday 18 April builder program for 150 selected participants. Teams build agents on Sunday, and the winners demo on Tuesday at the closing social.

Scholarships

How do scholarships work?
Named for Ada Lovelace, who saw possibilities for computers beyond calculation, these scholarships help more people participate in AI's future. They support students, career changers and people historically underrepresented in technology, helping upskill a diverse North Carolina workforce. We awarded 1,000+ scholarships in 2026 and guarantee 500 in 2027, with more available based on attendance and sponsorship. Sponsors fund seats; a nonprofit partner selects participants. Every sponsorship includes Ada Lovelace scholarship recognition, and sponsors will be listed on our scholarships page. Application details will be announced when applications open; visit the scholarship page for the current status.

Profiles & speaking

How do I create my profile or claim a past event record?
Visit https://events.allthingsai.org/profile and sign in or create an account. You can use an email verification code; Google, Apple, GitHub and LinkedIn are optional sign-in choices. In your profile, review “What we found for you” and update your details. If a past registration or proposal used another email address you still control, add that address in Manage account, verify it, then reopen your profile. Eligible unowned records can then be linked. Connecting a social sign-in is not the same as merging two existing accounts, and records owned by another account are protected. If you cannot access the old mailbox or have duplicate accounts, contact the event team through https://allthingsai.org/contact for help. More guidance: https://events.allthingsai.org/help/past-event-records. Submitting a proposal as a guest does not automatically create an editable profile.
